the service here was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel special. the rooms were spacious and well, appointed, with exclusive amenities such as a private balcony, plush bedding, and top. the restaurant was top, notch as well, offering a range of delectable cuisines that satisfied our cravings. We also enjoyed the facilities of the hotel's exclusive spa, which offered a range of treatments to choose from.
While our experience at this hotel was almost perfect, we did encounter a minor issue with the room's air conditioning system. It took a while to adjust the temperature to our preference, but the hotel's staff was quick to respond and provided a solution to the problem.
